Well this is exciting. Vancity raised NY based singer/songwriter and occasional sideman for Yola, Taylor Ashton, is coming by Kops Records in Oshawa for an afternoon session in the Upstairs Basement. Taylor was a member of the B.C folk group Fish & Bird before going solo and moving to Brooklyn. He is touring his debut album, “The Romantic,” which releases Feb 28 2020 and has a show at the Burdock in Toronto the same evening with Merival. Taylor will be in-store at 4 p.m.
