I’m a sucker for well-wrought country tinged songwriting so happy to share Clever Hopes is playing TO - at the Cameron House Tuesday July 16 2024 for the release of his latest album ‘New Kind of Familiar’. Fans of Joel Plaskett’s chugging riffs will dig this one. Clever Hopes is Andrew Shaver of Dartmouth NS, alongside such talents as Matthew Barber who produced ‘New Kind of Familiar’ at Plaskett’s Fang Recording studio. Afie Jurvanen (aka Bahamas) added some guitar work also. Anyway shall be a fun time in the back room of the famed venue and Matt Barber will be on stage too.
