Wow this is a line-up. Just brosing upcoming shows and this pops up. Destroyer alone would be worth it. He is one of Canada’s great singer/songwriters, artful, smartful - just a treat. And also a member of the New Pornographers.

But Destroyer is only the opener for Father John Misty, that cocky, colourful, charismatic and dramatic star laden artist, all frilled cuffs and hidden knives. His album ‘Chloe and the Next Century’ is a fave of mine. ‘Goodbye Mr Blue’ is on rotation in the shop. he is touring ‘Mahashmashana’ and stops at Massey Hall. I can’t think of a better bill.
