It’s been a while since the Midland raised Toronto based Born Ruffians were on the radar but they have a new album, ‘ Beauty’s Pride’ out June 6 2025. And a couple of festival shows including Mariposa and the debut Whitby Music Festival put on by our mates at Town Brewery June 28. ‘Beauty’s Pride’ is a concept album inspired by band member Luke Lalonde becoming a dad. Congrats. There’s a short film too by Jared Raab produced by July Talk to accompany the album release. .
